Know where you stand today. Prove it tomorrow.
Accessibility isn’t a one-time fix — it’s an ongoing responsibility. Start with a complimentary scan and your OctoScore, then choose how much of the work you want to own and how much we carry.
No card, no obligation — find out where you stand before you decide anything.
Second opinion
Think you’re already compliant?
Many organizations come to us after a developer, a plugin, or a past audit told them they were covered. A second-opinion scan verifies what those checks may have missed — including your PDFs, Office documents, and publishing workflow, where most of the risk actually sits.

Demonstrate ongoing, good-faith effort with a documented record.
Reduce organizational risk with continuous oversight.
Be ready if your accessibility is ever challenged.
Professional services
Remediation, scoped to your library — never bundled.
Every site, document library, and publishing process is different — a two-page memo and a 400-page engineering PDF are not the same job. After your assessment we scope the work as a fixed-fee project or a monthly retainer, so you pay for the remediation you actually need.
Documents
PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint remediated to PDF/UA and the Matterhorn Protocol — the work most vendors leave to manual effort.
Templates & pages
Fix recurring issues at the template level once, and resolve them across every page that uses it.
Validation
Human review of the criteria automation can’t confirm, so your record reflects what was actually verified.

Questions
Before you ask
Why don’t you publish remediation pricing?
Because the work genuinely varies — a simple text PDF and a scanned engineering drawing with data tables are not the same job, and a flat per-page rate would either overcharge you or shortchange the work. After your complimentary assessment, we give you a fixed-price proposal or a monthly program scoped to your actual library and priorities. That keeps you off a commodity rate that rarely matches reality.
Is the scan really complimentary?
Yes. The representative scan and your OctoScore baseline are complimentary, with no obligation. It’s how you find out where you stand before deciding anything — including the things a homepage checker or an overlay widget never looked at, like your documents.
Does OctoComply replace our web developer?
No. Your developers keep building and your content editors keep publishing. OctoComply orchestrates and verifies the work and gives your ADA Coordinator visibility and control — it adds a layer of oversight, it doesn’t replace your team.
Do you guarantee compliance?
No one credibly can. What we do is help you measure your accessibility against WCAG 2.1 AA, fix what matters first, and maintain a documented record of ongoing, good-faith effort — the posture that holds up if your organization is ever challenged.
Can we move between plans?
Yes. Most organizations start with a complimentary scan, move to Govern when they’re ready to manage the work, and scale to Enterprise as the program grows across sites and departments. You’re never locked into a step before you need it.
What standards do you measure against?
WCAG 2.1 AA — the standard the DOJ’s Title II rule sets for state and local government — plus PDF/UA and the Matterhorn Protocol for documents. Every dimension of your OctoScore is anchored to a recognized standard, so the result is defensible and reproducible.
Not sure where you stand? That part’s complimentary.
